LA NAVA

Variety: Tinto fino (tempranillo)

Vineyard: comes from the family vineyards located in La Horra and Gumiel del Mercado, with clay-limestone soil.

Harvest: is carried out manually , in small boxes, and after a gentle de-stemming, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks..

Aging:9 months in French and American oak barrels.

TASTING NOTE

Visual : Bright and lively with bluish reflections.

Nose:  Clean and of good intensity. Aromas of red fruits and light toasted and vanilla hints stand out.

Palate: Round in the mouth, with polished tannins and good passage. Medium volume and long fruity aftertaste.

Serving: Served at about 15 degrees, it pairs well with cheeses and meats in sauce. It will also be a good companion for your barbecues.

VICENTA MÁTER

Variety: Tinto fino (tempranillo) 100%.

Vineyard: from the oldest family vineyards, located in La Horra and Gumiel del Mercado, with clay-limestone soil.

Appellation: Ribera del Duero.

Harvest: Harvest is done by hand from our oldest vines. We selected the best clusters to elaborate this tribute to the Matriarch of the family.

Aging: 12 months in French and American oak barrels.

TASTING NOTE

Visual: Bright and lively with garnet reflections.

Nose: Hints of spices and some integrated roasted coffee. Fruity fragrance.

Taste: Tasty in the mouth, dense and with good length. A very balanced wine with a certain dose of joy without shadows.

Service: Taken at about 15 degrees, it is a good companion.

LA OFICINA

Variety: Tinto fino (tempranillo) 100%.

Vineyard: from the oldest family vineyards, located in La Horra and Gumiel del Mercado, with clay-limestone soil.

Appellation: Ribera del Duero.

Harvest: is made by hand in small crates, and after a gentle destemming, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: 17 months in French oak barrels, 100% second year, fine grain with medium toast.

TASTING NOTE

Visual : Medium deep garnet color. Clean and bright.

Nose: Red and black fruits, combined with aromas of licorice and spices.

Taste: Round wine, without edges. Good volume and tannin present that give it a good structure. Tasty and long.

Service: Taken at a temperature of about 15 degrees it is a good companion.

TUDANCA CRIANZA

Variety: Tinto fino (tempranillo) 100%.

Vineyard: from family vineyards located in La Horra and Gumiel del Mercado, with clay-limestone soil.

Harvest: manual in small crates, after a gentle destemming, the grapes undergo a pre-fermentation maceration. Subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks for a total of 30 days.

Aging: 12 months in American and French medium toast barrels.

TASTING NOTE

Visual: At sight, its fullness and vigor, its intense and closed tone stand out.
with a prominent dark garnet rim.

Nose: The nose shows a predominance of red and black fruit aromas in a good point of seasoning, but also notes of vanilla spices, cedar and an elegant mineral fraction.

Palate: On the palate it is very complete, which is a red with a skeleton, with the addition of a ripe fleshiness, good acidity and good balance.

Service: This crianza is perfectly understood, served at a temperature of about 15 degrees, with small game specialties, hare with beans or pigeon with hunter. Good companion of semi-cured sheep cheeses.

TUDANCA ROBLE

Variety:  Tinto fino (tempranillo) 100%.

Vineyards: it comes from family vineyards located in La Horra and Gumiel del Mercado, with clay-limestone soil.

Harvest: harvesting of the grapes at the optimum moment of ripeness and balance.

Aging: 6 months in 100% American  medium toast barrels.

TASTING NOTE

Visual Phase: nice and intense red color with garnet glints.

Nose: spicy notes, ripe black and red fruits such as plums, blackberries, raspberries and cassis.

Palate:  it enters smoothly on the palate, moves with firmness, amplitude and is tasty, ripe and balanced. A red full of fruit, sweet spices and very good acidity.

Service: It is to take now at about 14 degrees of temperature with roast lamb or suckling pig Castilian, does not detract from some lamb chops with vine shoots and a little cured cheeses of sheep and cow.

TUDANCA VERDEJO

Variety: Verdejo from almost centenary vineyards in the area of Soria.

Appellation: Rueda.

Winemaking: After destemming, a light cold skin maceration is carried out to increase the aromatic intensity of the must. The grapes are gently pressed and the clean must ferments at a controlled temperature for a period of 20 days. The new wine is then racked and remains in contact with the fine lees that will add volume and complexity.

TASTING NOTE

Visual: Straw yellow color with light greenish hues, clean and bright.

Nose: Great expressiveness on the nose, intermixing varietal aromas such as freshly cut hay, fennel, with aromas typical of tropical fruits such as pineapple, guava, mango and passion fruit.

Palate: In the mouth it is very intense, fruity, with good acidity and a refreshing and long finish.

Service: It is ready to drink now between 7-10ºC of temperature. Ideal as an appetizer. Perfect with seafood, fish and pasta.
